Where Everybody Knows Your Name…
Pub Table. Wine Table. Bistro Table. Call it what you like but it’s a good place to kick back, have an appetizer and a cocktail or two. With busy schedules, kids and activities galore, you might just have to make it happen at home. These tables are increasingly popular with designs ranging from the classic English pub feel to the modern, sleek and sexy look. The more traditional options usually have a matching chair, where the modern styles are sometimes sans chairs, allowing you to coordinate a cool mix. The height of the tables usually ranges from 30″ (dining table height) up to about 44″. When you select chairs or stools, remember that the seat should be approximately 10-12″ shorter than the table top. Bar stools usually come in two different heights so be sure to check your measurements. These tables can also double as your dining or breakfast table. Just be aware that they are a long way up and down for kids and the elderly. Share a pint anyone? Cheers!
